Personal Information
Dr. Folger is originally from the Memorial area of Houston, graduating from Memorial High School in 1970. He enjoys spending his free time with his daughter Haleigh, and their four kitties. Dr. Folger leads a veterinary medical mission to Honduras for one week every year.
